Affiliate Program Terms
Effective August 14, 2026. These terms cover the HumMatch affiliate program across both lanes: the creator lane (tracked through our affiliate platform) and the in-house lane for rideshare drivers, venues, and hosts. Sharing HumMatch for Discovery Day rewards as an everyday member is covered by the regular site terms, not this page.
Commission basis
Creator-lane affiliates earn 30% of every payment a referred customer makes during their first 12 months, on any paid subscription (Squad Leader or Coach, monthly or annual). Founding Voices Lifetime purchases pay a flat 20% of the purchase price. With the free trial, commission starts on the first real charge after the trial converts, not the trial signup itself. Payments after the customer’s first 12 months are not commissioned unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
Attribution window
Attribution is last-touch with a 30-day window. A referred visitor who purchases within 30 days of clicking your link is credited to you; a newer affiliate click by the same visitor replaces the older one.
Payouts
Creator-lane tracking and reporting run on our affiliate platform (Rewardful). Commissions are paid via PayPal on a monthly schedule, after the 30-day refund window on each payment has cleared. Rideshare, venue, and host partners on in-house HM codes are paid manually after review, as agreed per partner.
Refunds and chargebacks
If a referred purchase is refunded or charged back within 30 days of the commissionable payment, the commission for that purchase is reversed automatically.
Self-referrals
Purchasing through your own code or link earns no commission. Self-referral attempts are logged and repeated attempts may end participation in the program.
Disclosure
You must disclose your affiliate relationship where required by law, including the FTC endorsement guides in the United States. A clear statement such as "I earn a commission if you subscribe through my link" satisfies this. Affiliate links on the web should carry rel="sponsored".
Who we accept
This is a content-first program for creators, teachers, and publishers who genuinely cover singing, karaoke, or music. Coupon sites, cashback services, deal aggregators, and browser extensions are not accepted, and applications from them will be declined.
Prohibited promotion
No bidding on HumMatch trademarks or confusingly similar terms in paid search, no cookie stuffing, no forced clicks, no spam, no self-referral schemes, and no representing yourself as HumMatch.
Honest claims
Describe HumMatch accurately. Do not promise features that do not exist, guarantee singing outcomes, or misstate pricing. When in doubt, quote the live site.
Program changes
Commission rates, the discount offer, and these terms can change prospectively with notice through the platform or by email. Changes never apply retroactively to commissions already earned.
Termination
Either side can end participation at any time. Earned, unreversed commissions are still paid out on the normal schedule.
