GroupMatch starts from the other direction. You already have a Vocal ID from humming three notes into HumMatch. GroupMatch uses that same range and voice type to show you other singers near you who are actually looking to connect, not just people who say they can sing.

How GroupMatch works

GroupMatch is simple by design:

• Opt in with your zip code and voice type. Your Vocal ID range comes along automatically.
• See singers near you. GroupMatch shows other opted-in singers in your area, with their voice type and range, plus what they're looking for.
• Send a connection request. Add a short note about what you're looking for, a duet partner, a band vocalist, a rehearsal buddy.
• Contact info stays private until you both say yes. Nobody's email is shown until both sides accept the connection.

That last point matters. GroupMatch is built for connecting with real strangers safely, so nothing about your contact details is public until there's mutual interest.
