Bootcamp Day 5: Your First Weekly Plan
Yesterday you targeted one specific habit. Today the coach starts doing some of that targeting for you.
Not a generic program
By Day 5 you have accumulated a handful of real sessions: a first stability score, a camera-coaching report, a corrective take. The weekly plan is built from exactly that data, your data, not a generic week-one, week-two program handed to every subscriber regardless of what their own sessions actually show. Two people starting this bootcamp on the same day can end up with genuinely different plans by Day 5, because their sessions surfaced different weak spots.
What the plan is actually choosing between
Underneath the plan is the same weak-spot logic that already decides what a single session focuses on, just applied across everything you have done this week instead of one take at a time. If your captures have been sparse or unreliable, the plan prioritizes getting a cleaner read on your voice before anything else. If your pitch has tended to drift, it leans into stability work. If your holds are solid in the middle of your range but shakier near the top, it works that high-range stability before pushing for anything new. If your confirmed range is still narrow, it works range directly. And if none of that is the weak point anymore, it moves on to sharpening interval accuracy, how precisely you land on specific target notes rather than just holding one steady.
None of that is a guess about what you probably need. It is a direct readout of what your own week of sessions already showed.

Open My HQToday's task: check your plan and do what it assigns
Open your dashboard and find this week's plan. Whatever it points you toward, clean capture, stability, high-range stability, range, or interval accuracy, that is today's session. Not the thing you feel like practicing, not the thing that sounds more interesting, the thing your own numbers actually say matters most right now. That is a small but real discipline: letting a measurement outrank a preference, at least for one session.
If the plan surprises you, if it points at something you would not have picked yourself, that is usually a sign it is working. The whole reason a plan built from data is useful is that it can see a pattern across several sessions that a single in-the-moment feeling cannot.
Do whatever your plan assigns today.
Not what you feel like practicing. What your own results say matters most.
